hi, in the jpg i have added there are a lot of thick lines, this was not the case with other project and i dont realy understand why all of a sudden revit is drawing all these lines thick? using rac 2008 Kind regards D

Go to object styles under settings - you can adjust the line weights here. Also check your line weight settings.

hi, changing those settings dont seem to haven any effect, i added a screenshot from an other project of us that doesnt have the problem, there haven't been any changes to the template in those objectstyle lineweights and line weight settings. and it seems that in all the new projects started the problem accurs, so something has changed to the template but i dont know what !!! pls help

Go to your VG override the projection line weight to 1 to check if this changes the wall outline line weights. If it does, you should be able to get the correct line weights with object styles.

doesnt seem to have any effect, and the strange thing is the thick line is not only with wall edges but also with generic model edge lines, roof edge lines, i already tried to load project standards from a project that doesnt have this problem but without succes,

Check in your view properties under Advanced Model Graphics, Edges check that you do not have a silouette style overriding your settings.
