This is a great question.  I am suprised there has been no reply posted.  If you or somebody else has found a solution, please post...

Use 'Phase Filter - Show All' and 'Phase - New Construction' - see attached PDF

This does not work...probably because I have a Demolition Phase between the Existing and New Phase.  In any case I have been unable to find a work around solution.  Any thoughts?

Ummm... eliminate the demolition phase and just demo in your new construction phase? or maybe show new and previous phase? I know it's possible, I've seen it.

I am not sure why you need to create a demolition phase between existing and new, as Revit has this built in.  The attached PDF shows existing, new and demolished walls, as described previously.  I tried to introduce a demolished phase as you describe and then have the the same problem - the demolished wall disappears.  If you eliminate the demolshed phase and put the demolished wall as being demolished during new construction  You should be able to display what you require using the phase filters rather.  I presume that you want to display the existing building with the demolished walls prior to any new construction.

You can achieve this by using 'combine with'.

Set the Phase Filter in View Properties to 'Show Previous + Demo' with the Phase as 'New Construction'.

Hope this helps.
