If the source of the hose is mounted so high, how can a wheelchair user bring it down low?

loaded this into my project and the only thing I could see was some sort of pipe connection symbols, no 3D model at all.

As a family, it looks nice. When it is in my building, it is invisible from the front or in 3d. A box shows up in section or plan view, but not the shower head or handles or any of the important things.

there is something wrong with it. it just dn show up in 3d view or rendered view
