This is a roof hosted family modeled from Boardwalk Systems NZ Ltd modular walkway / platform system.  Used as a service access walkway or light plant platform in light commercial, industrial & large residential applications.  Adjust the offset from the roof in the element properties dialogue under roof thickness, once set the board will sit flush to the roof.  If you have any problems with this family please notify me.  Created in Revit Architecture 2010
