Here in the UK, mental health can still be a taboo topic. Finding https://www.summerhealing.org/group/summer-healing-social-group/discussion was refreshing. The group encourages honest conversations and supports each other no matter where you are on your journey. It made me realize that opening up can actually be healing itself.
