Insert this spot elevation as a symbol and you will get the target, the line and 2 labels. The label above the line gives you an elevation in foot-inches. The label below the line gives you an elevation in engineer standards - 100.33' (example)

This works great on site plans, when you have to give the real site dimension compared to the architectural dimension you chose.
