Based on the Rejuvenation Fixture Jefferson, this is a ceiling based light fixture in the style of a traditional schoolhouse light. I have heard that it might be better to not be ceiling hosted so that if the ceiling changes, the fixture will remain..... I have not adjusted the photometrics so don't rely on those.
