Kohler model # K-T944-4 "Stillness" wall mounted faucet, ADA complaint.  Created from Kohler 2D drawings, but it is a rather simple design so should be fairly accurate.  This is Wall based.  Inlcludes URL link and cost information.  Material is not defined, but listed as "Kohler Faucet" in the family.  Both the Polished Chrome and Satin Nickel family types are included (list price, description, type, and model number changes)
