When I try to load this into my project it tries to do a one time update process and then it fails. This is the case with many other components I try to load, and Ideas as to why I cannot load certain families into my file?

Is it possible to rotate this device so the louvres run horizontally? i seem to be having troubles doing so.

Just rotate it in the family, that will work:-)
