For a long time, I just scrolled through day after day, not finding anything that would really help me relax. But one day, on the advice of a friend, I tried spinmama - and was pleasantly surprised. Everything is done here as simply and clearly as possible, without unnecessary fuss and intrusion. I spend evenings there when I need to unwind and be alone with myself for a while. Surprisingly, even 20 minutes help me feel better and calmer.
