This is a simplified Revit family of a compact basement ladder (kelderladder), designed for architectural and structural applications where minimal space is available.

The model has fixed geometry and is **not parametric**.  

It’s intended as a lightweight and clean base version to quickly place ladders in small access zones such as basements or technical rooms.
