Merry Christmas 2023! In Structural Insultated Panel (SIP) framing, the best header beam solution is typically two(2) wood members adhesively laminated to rigid insulation. This is also the best header for energy efficient wood framing.  This file is a parametric 3 section beam where two equal structural members of any width and depth are spaced apart as needed with a centered void left for insulation.  It seems to work fine but please judge for yourself and make improvments as needed.
