MIFAB® Series MI-HUB-TRP (specify size) shielded transition couplings are manufactured with gaskets made from neoprene compound that meets the requirements of ASTM C-564 housed inside a Type 300 stainless steel shield.

Two Type 300 stainless steel clamps tightened with 5/16” Type 300 stainless steel hex head screws surround the shield to provide the sealing force. The MI-HUB-TRP Series of shielded transition couplings are tested and certified to ASTM Standard C1460 and CSA Standard B602 and listed with IAPMO. All models are listed to the National
