12" x 24" Tile Pattern (1/3 Stagger Horizontal)

This is a .pat file for a 12" x 24" tile pattern that is staggered by 1/3 each row horizontally.

To use this, download the file and save it to your file directory. Then, in Revit, create a new model hatch. Edit the hatch to be "Custom" instead of simple, and then import the file.

FYI, your PAT describes this as a 12x12 Tile pattern, but it is clearly 12x24, as your description on Revit City states. Otherwise, nice pattern!

From the PAT:

*12X12 TILE ASHLAR THIRDS.    (Incorrect - should be 12x24)

Hi there! Nursing school can be extremely demanding—students often have to manage assignments, clinical rotations, and exams all at once. At times, the workload can feel overwhelming. The website nursingessaywritingservice.com provides well-structured examples that help students understand proper essay formatting and organization. These resources aren’t meant to replace original work but serve as valuable tools to enhance writing skills and meet academic standards. Even a bit of guidance can make a big difference when tackling challenging tasks.
