Recently we tested the idea of a new service. We did minimum viable testing with a basic set of features and then tracked the metrics: how many people visited the site and how many completed an order. We noticed that most users ignored one of the features that we considered important. Based on this data, we quickly decided to remove it and add something that customers really need.
