Base Cabinet, 1 door, 1 drawer, 1 deep roll out tray

This is a casework family model of American Woodmark's 1 door, 1 drawer, 1 deep roll out tray, 1 adjustable shelf base cabinet.  The door, drawer, and tray all operate independently.  The shelf is vertically adjustable and is held in place with clips.  The five widths offered by American Woodmark are included as family types.  Materials are pre-defined and assigned using casework subcategories.

I have updated this model.   It has more subtle engraving on the doors, curved handles, and the door opens more reliably.   Open it in angular increments of something less than 90°.   For example, if you want it opened to 90°, do it in two operations with the first angle 70° and then go to 90°.   Close it the same way.
