It’s funny how fitness apps have completely changed the way people approach training. Back in the day, you’d have to carry a notebook to track sets and reps, now everything’s in your pocket with reminders and progress charts. I tried a bunch of options, but honestly the one that clicked for me was this breakdown of the MadMuscles app https://madmuscles-review.com/workout-apps/madmuscles-best-workout-app/ . At first I wasn’t sure if it would feel too “generic,” but it surprised me with how adaptable it was to my actual routine. Instead of forcing me into one strict plan, it adjusted around my schedule and energy levels.
