This is a generic model I made, similar to Simpson EPB44PHDG Elevated Post Bases.

I did not include any adjustable parameter, but you can open the family and modify the location of the bolt and nut, treaded rod, etc. 

I could not find a Simpson Revit file, so I created this the best I could. 

Updated on Sep 10th, to fit 3 1/2" post.
