This is a high performance European style Passive House Window.  The size and a number of other aspects are parametric, including thickness of window buck, location of frame in the wall thickness, etc.  Modelled after windows such as Rehau Geneo, Optiwin, Zola, etc.  Meant for fairly thick walls.  Hope it works well for you.
