Instance-adjustable dimensions, with two types preset for frame materials (wood and metal). Edit the type options to change materials. Creates the necessary opening in the roof, and shows a very simple non-operable skylight. Doesn't have fancy construction details. Created as a generic component, so insert into your model via components menu rather than windows menu.
