Like many i've been looking for art peaces to decorate and add that little extra touch of detail to my renderings. I've taken the time to locate and download and detail multiple peaces of work. Statues, Artwork, Sculptures etc... These are made at or just below 12inches high, but can be scaled in Revit to any size you want as some work grate for garden statues etc. Materials can all be changed to to fit your need. 5 picture frame profiles in family.  Turn on/off 2 layers of matting as well as 45 degree cut.  Turn on/off image surface (depth can change depending on how many/if you have matting on). Frame dimensions are dynamic and parameters set to vary amount of matting around the picture.

I wasn't satisfied with the BIM families from True's website so I created this fully parametric family has all of the T-Series refrigerators including solid door, glass door, and half door styles. All of these models can become freezer or dual temperature units by changing the model numbers in Identity Data.

The only model not included is the "T-23P" Pass-Thru unit because I didn't want to have to make a visibility instance for a void. Maybe I'll update it later. I also plan to add the sliding door units in the near future.

Curtain Wall Panel inspire in Erwin Hauer screen walls (continua series design 3).

I used model technique similar to this (1 simple generic model nested 8 times in a curtain panel family):

This time i didnt break flexibility, so you can use what ever square panel size you want, BUT you need to manually set the half_size parameter on panel family (if your panel size is 30 cm you need to modify panel parameter half_size = 15).

parameters:

1. half_size: curtain panel size / 2, i think it could be automatic if you use a shared/reporting parameter.

2. offset: distance between the two interlocking panels.

3.  P_ofactor: offset factor from center's geometry.

4. P_rfactor: radius factor for void geometry.

5. P_tfactor: thickness factor.

As you notice, i use multiplication factors related to size panel.

how to use it: open family, choose load to project and create a new curtain wall with CW panel EH family (also remember setting a square size cw panel and put that info in "half_size" parameter on panel type parameters).

as always, you can change type parameters to instance parameters and go crazy...

Here's a framless glass door that I modified from another door type.  Has parametrics so you can change the door size, thickness, handle height, and schedules with your other doors.  Great for use in shower rooms with gyp. board or glass walls, etc. Hopes this helps those of you who are looking for this type of door!  :)

These library shelves have significant improvements over the first version I uploaded several years ago.

This new shelf scales seamlessly from 1.5 to 7+ feet, meaning new families are not needed for short or tall stacks.

As the overall height of the shelving grows or shrinks, the shelves not only space themselves evenly, but the shelf count now increases of decreases.  (from 0 to 4 intermediate shelves.)  Once again, the only parameter input needed from you is Height and the rest happens automatically.

Previous versions would squish the books into the shelf above it, and books would start overlapping at around 4 feet.

Books visible in "fine" detail level only.

I'm open to suggestions.  Possibilities:

A reporting parameter "volumes" (books per feet value) can help determine if you're meeting a library's requirements, and a "FORCE SHELF" field might also make sense if someone wants to add or remove a shelf at a particular height.

Fully parametric closet with 3 dors and an open shelf wich has a visibility parameter (you can show the shelf or hide it with a check box).

There are material parameters included. A super useful feature is grips to control the widths, cause in my eperience these will vary from closet to closet, whilst the other parameters like height and depth can be standardized.

Theres some funny reactions going on with the open shelf if you change the footguard height or the handle height. Other than that, it works perfectly.
