This spice rack is a casework family and is replete with a rack that slides out via an instance parameter, designated materials assigned through casework subcategories, and bottles of spices!  It is a custom unit as are most under counter spice racks.  The usual overall dimensional parameters are present and working.

Hi all, me again.

Just modelled for a project which i think the family is quite qwerky.

This is a nice trendy lamp. As you can see by the render its featured on the Pouring lamp.

I've added 2 material parameters, one for the liquid coming out of the shade/can, the next the shade/can itself.

This is fixed in size but as you can see adds that bit of a funky look to your render.

This cubicle family is flly parametric and sports options to include glass panels on the top of the wall. There is a dyncamic shelf that will resize the vertical dimension based on overall height and hide if the overall height is to shallow. The shelf has task lghting included with it. A nice modern Sofa. Width and Depth of the sofa are parametic and materials all parametric too so you can shange to your own fabric.

I've assigned the main sofa fabric to Linen White but on my render i've added my own fabric so you can change how you like.
