This is a standard 12"x12" Bison paver, roof hosted, with parametric offset. Thought about adding the pedestals, but too many variables...each height would need to be instance-based...seemed fussy. K-I-S-S.
Map the (3) attached image files to the material, making sure to "link texture transforms".

This is a door hinge which is a face based model. When placed on the reveal of a door frame it allows another faced based model of a door panel (use the door's hinge edge as the face) to be placed on it. The family type variable opening angle can then be employed to open the door. This can also be used for opening windows.

A desk that I saw an image of online. Not parametric, but a good size for an office.
I recomend wood or metal for the top and metal for the legs. Comment if you would like me to put drawers in. I didnt need them for what I was doing. |
