This is a generic model I made, similar to Simpson EPB44PHDG Elevated Post Bases.

I did not include any adjustable parameter, but you can open the family and modify the location of the bolt and nut, treaded rod, etc. 

I could not find a Simpson Revit file, so I created this the best I could.

This casework family is a model of American Woodmark's two doors, two drawers, two deep roll out trays, and one adjustable shelf base cabinet.  Materials are pre-defined and assigned via casework subcategories.  All movable components operate independently.  American Woodmark offers four widths and they are included as family types.  The URL parameter opens the catalog wherein this cabinet is found.
