Curb with Gutter -Curve Interior - matches up with the Curb with Gutter - Straight. Unfortunately, only the Radius and Curb Depth are parametric in this one, not the gutter width and gutter depth. If anyone has suggestions for how to make all 4 parameters work together, please let me know. |

No titleblock, just the frame lines (useful for students who don't need their projects overburdened with information).
Even though it's very simple, some people don't know how to make it so I hope it will be useful to those.

This is for anyone looking for a more realistic tiled roof. Array horizontal model lines up the face of your roof at a spacing of 18", select peak_valley, gable, valley_valley, etc depending on what type of face it is, and place the line-based generic model family by line-selection. Height of tile is adjustable (good for fitting in last row). Made for a 5/12 slope, but will probably work with others. Also included is the jpeg for the material I used. Renders beautifully. |

This is a fully Parametric Double Door family I have been working on it for awhile. It has the ability to be solid, half-glass, and full glass. You can control all of this by checking the on/off boxes in the type properties. It has the option for no tim, trim on one side or both sides. Make sure that glass width and height have a value even if you are using the solid flush option otherwise family will not work. |
