this is a face based family (Truss Anchor for Concrete walls). Use the vertical face to place it (i.e. the vertical side of the concrete wall) and then just align it with the truss.

Hi, I have been modelling a couple of objects that I thought I could share with the rest of you.

It is distinguished by its large, overhanging prarie-style top and handsome frame and panel ends. The top end panels and back panel are removeable for access to the movement.
