Based on the Rejuvenation Fixture Jefferson, this is a ceiling based light fixture in the style of a traditional schoolhouse light.  I have heard that it might be better to not be ceiling hosted so that if the ceiling changes, the fixture will remain.....

Dimension of the pendant fixture is fixed as per the manufacturers fitting but the ceiling drop is adjustable as is the materials for the Shade/Bulb/Wires etc
