Nana Wall WA67 Folding Walls. Default types have been created for both interior and exterior door systems ranging from 2-12 panels. Single panel systems must be created independently since this family relies on a system of arrays. User may create duplicate types and customize door panel configurations using the nested detail component. All configurations listed on Nana Wall's website for the WA67 series have been provided. Elevation hinge lines should be drafted manually in elevation as required.

I was too hesitant to upload this family without properly checking that it flexes properly. I appologize for the confusion. This is a line based kitchen cupboard family as a generic model. The cupboards can be used in a very quick way to draft 3D cupboards inside your model and have them depict somehwat correctly in sections and plan views. There are two other very similar families which I uploaded. They are similar, but do NOT flex properly if you need to convert to imperial measurments. I am pretty sure this version will be ok. I altered some of the family parameters and constraints to better array and alter the width of the door panels, no matter what length the cupboard is. With the tweaking and fixing, this family can also be used as line based wardrobes. I included a wardrobe type within the family. I hope the owners of this site could implement a "replace" function for uploaders to better serve those downloading! |

- Stickley Product Description - A true L. & J.G. Stickley classic, this reissued clock has an open molded frame that surrounds its unique dial and hands. It is distinguished by its large, overhanging prarie-style top and handsome frame and panel ends. The top end panels and back panel are removeable for access to the movement. The eight-day, cable wound German movemant features three different chimes, and sounds on the quarter hour and on the hour. The movement has 24 bronze bushings and twelve ruby jewels. Original design, circa 1911, L. & J.G. Stickley.
- Family Information - No dimensional feature are parametric as the clock only comes in one size. The main body finish is parametric however.

This is a very parametric craftsman style upper cabinet. You can change the typical length, width, height, and material, plus put on end panels and if you crack the family open, there are even more easter eggs. Check it out.

Bifold door, one can control few of the door parameters including number of panels. I didn’t sort out the door material but it is simple to do. Family builds with REVIT 2012.

This is my first upload so please be gentel. This is a simple family that allows you to place a shower partition with a curb on 4 sides and glass for the partition, in a room. You can change a lot,
- Curb Heights - independent on all 4 sides
- Curb depth
- Overall Height
- Overall Width (you should be able to use align and lock to make it stretch.
- 2 - Panel or 3- Panel glass partition
- Each partition door has a 2D 45 degree rep for plan view.
- Each partition configuration allows you to put in two override dimensions that I will try to explain.
- Override Panel Width - If you need one of the panels to be say "6" use this to do that. When this is set to 0 it should return to equal equal.
- Override Door Width - If you need the door to be a certain width say 30" enter it here.
This model is not foolproof, although I did do a few basics to keep people out of trouble, like a minimum door height and glass thickness. But if you try to specify a panel override width and a door override width on the 2 panel with the curbs locked to the wall it will probably break. However if you do that on the 3 panel, the 3rd panel will take up the slack.
Please leave your comments for me. Thanks. |

This is a wall from Pilkington Profilit curtain wall system. This is not a family, but a project, you need to copy/paste this wall into your project to have the profiles and wall panels families. Profilit-K60-Thermally Broken Framing-K25/60/7 Dual Glazed: Aluminum perimeter frames are extruded from window grade alloy 6063 complying with the requirementsof ASTM B221. The frames consist of a basic channel system with a plastic insert for the glass. Various framefinishes are offered including anodized, painted and mill finish. The profiles are available in two sizes for both the K-41 and K-60 Series glass types with many variations ofextrusion to suit any installation condition. The profiles are also available with a thermal break, preventingcold bridging through the Pilkington Profilit system. The PVC insert locates the glass within the aluminumframe, preventing glass-to-metal contact and is impact and weather resistant. The simplicity of the aluminumframework, with the small number of components, allows for a quick easy installation.Note: TGP framing systems are designed to meet or exceed the AAMA industry standards and US perimeter detailing. |

Here is a file to have Door/Window/Gate schedule and associated door panels. the window was using door family template, the chain link fence was using curtain wall with gate.
Change Door tags:1. While placing the door, click “Tags” in the Option Bar,2. In “Loaded Tags And Symbols”, under “Doors” Category, click “Loaded Tags”, then, switch between “Door Tag-AAA”, and “Wdw Tag-AAA”.
To link parameters from a nested family to the host family you will need to do the following.1. Open the host family with the nested inserted.2. Click on the nested family.3. Click “Edit Type” in the Properties.4. The “Type Properties” window will be shown.5. Click the parameter that you want to associate with other parameter.6. Click the little button at the far right of the parameter line you want to change7. Select parameter out of list or click add parameter and recreate the parameter. When the parameter is linked there will be an (=) sign on the little button.
Make sure that the associated parameters are in the same Group, which means Text, or Dimension. If the parameter is a length, then it needs to have a value instead of 0’ 0”.

Curtain Wall Panel inspire in Erwin Hauer screen walls (continua series design 3).

I used model technique similar to this (1 simple generic model nested 8 times in a curtain panel family):

http://web.archive.org/web/20101130192206/http://www.core.form-ula.com/2007/10/14/hauer-study-design-3/
This time i didnt break flexibility, so you can use what ever square panel size you want, BUT you need to manually set the half_size parameter on panel family (if your panel size is 30 cm you need to modify panel parameter half_size = 15).
parameters:
1. half_size: curtain panel size / 2, i think it could be automatic if you use a shared/reporting parameter.
2. offset: distance between the two interlocking panels.
3. P_ofactor: offset factor from center's geometry.
4. P_rfactor: radius factor for void geometry.
5. P_tfactor: thickness factor.
As you notice, i use multiplication factors related to size panel.
how to use it: open family, choose load to project and create a new curtain wall with CW panel EH family (also remember setting a square size cw panel and put that info in "half_size" parameter on panel type parameters).
as always, you can change type parameters to instance parameters and go crazy...
