Once the file is downloaded, you can load it into the desired project model by following the provided instructions that are specific to each railing system.

The Livers Bronze Revit family systems contain customizable parameters which allow control of the height, rotation and visibility for all of the handrail’s balusters, glass lines and supports. Once unpinned, balusters, glass lines and support elements slide on the host rail to the desired location. Grips are provided for maximum adjust-ability as well as the visibility option of turning them on or off, or copying if needed. We have also incorporated structural alerts when certain elements have exceeded their design parameters in order to assure proper layout requirements. This kitchen is made up of many nested families and is configured to serve as a kitchen/living area.  Custom shelving, cabinets, refrigerator, range, range hood, double sink, dishwasher, flat panel TV, and contemporary style countertops.  Some families found on RevitCity.

This is a door hinge which is a face based model.  When placed on the reveal of a door frame it allows another faced based model of a door panel (use the door's hinge edge as the face) to be placed on it. The family type variable opening angle can then be employed to open the door. This can also be used for opening windows.

This was done with the railing tool. Super clean and easy to use. Copy from the RVT file to your Project. If you get ambitious, add some piles and a no tresspassing sign.

NOTE:

You may need to adjust the material to ensure it looks correct. The chainlink is a model line drafting hatch.

Also, if you change the height, you will need to adjust the 'Chainlink Fence Panel' Profile to suit.
