this is a window curtain wall panel, so it can be scheduled. you need to bugger around though by adding the conditional statement

if(schedule id = 1,width+frame,width)

if you want the schedule dimensions width and height to be equal to the windows in a combined schedule.

Nested door having 1 wooden door/window frames & 4 door panel choice. Wooden frame can be single or double rebate. If you do'nt need ventilator- simply set the vent Ht to zero. Solid flush door can be conveted to stile n rail panel door by using mould thickness. Multi lite door can be 1V x1H to 10v x 4H lites of glass or other solid material. There is a extra frame(2ndry frame)  arroun multi lites, who's width can be zero if you do'nt need it. etc.  etc.  By adding param of Left or/& Right window with one can win frame also . This family is parametric so you can set the width, height, panel opening angle and louvered blade angles.

It is restricted to 4 panels, 2left and 2 right, and if you open the panels wider than 90degrees it gets confused, so if anyone can fix this for me I will be grateful.

Here is a file to have Door/Window/Gate schedule and associated door panels. the window was using door family template, the chain link fence was using curtain wall with gate.

Change Door tags:1. While placing the door, click “Tags” in the Option Bar,2. In “Loaded Tags And Symbols”, under “Doors” Category, click “Loaded Tags”, then, switch between “Door Tag-AAA”, and “Wdw Tag-AAA”.

To link parameters from a nested family to the host family you will need to do the following.1. Open the host family with the nested inserted.2. Click on the nested family.3. Click “Edit Type” in the Properties.4. The “Type Properties” window will be shown.5. Click the parameter that you want to associate with other parameter.6. Click the little button at the far right of the parameter line you want to change7. Select parameter out of list or click add parameter and recreate the parameter.When the parameter is linked there will be an (=) sign on the little button.

Make sure that the associated parameters are in the same Group, which means Text, or Dimension. If the parameter is a length, then it needs to have a value instead of 0’ 0”.

NZ local content of a Pioneer Manufacturing Ltd proprietary solid fuel burner  (20kw output) with optional wetback module ( not included).

This family has Yes/No parameters for the upper ECO flue base kit,  the 3 lower flue sections - 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm  and Yes/No parameter for the optional Floor Protector sheet including width and length parameters for the protector sheet.

The flue sections are instance parameters for height so have grips for on the fly / interactive height adjustment. The upper ECO flue base kit (nested family) has type parameters for some length sections while some are deliberately fixed segments.

Some sub categories assigned for various flue sections.

Materials parameters are assigned for inner flue, fascia panel, louvre blades, glass inset panel, door handle shaft and knob.

There is some information current at this date included in the family such as URL , NZ Keynotes (the CBI system/format and the like. The family is a wall hosted family and has the manufacturer recommended installation clearances from firebox to wall built into the family.
