Oriented from the strut's left end. The straps can be aligned to pipe centres.

There are two values to consider.  Rod height which is distance between top face of top support and ceiling.  Distance Between Supports which is distance between bottom of top support to top of bottom support.  Tests show no issues or errors as of yet.

Floor based custom coffee table built out of various sizes of PVC pipe.  I built this in real life years ago and finally built a revit family for it.  Height, as well as table top thickness and radius are parametric.  Both top and base have material parameters.  "pipe base" sizing not parametric since it is quite complicated.  If looking to make table much wider, I'd suggest editing family and scaling each "pipe" set to your desired size.  Enjoy!
