A sliding archive system, for hunging big formats (like A0 sheets), and shelves for small formats (like A3, A4) and/or books, brought from real life to digital world, measured from a manufactured unit by the paraguayan company Felipe Aghemo.
The big parts have standart 3780xmm lenght, 900mm width, and 2230mm height. The small parts have 3780xmm lenght, 403 or 551mm width, and 2230mm height. The composition and materials are fully parametric.

you cannot change the width or depth. The array will glitch.

Note: the elevation constraint measures to the bottom of the supports, not the shelf. Make sure the two elevation constraints are the same.
Hey, I'm really sorry but I forgot to align the top shelf with the top reference plane. Open the family in "back side" view, push AL (or the align button.) click on the top reference plane, then click on the top of the top shelf. That will fix it. |

If you want to get away from having Bench Tops/Counter Tops with Parametric holes for Sinks
I have added a piece of Bench Top to my Sinks; it is fixed Parametrically so that for a bigger or smaller sink the bench part adjusts with it.
The Bench part to my Sink has very specific parameters, the Bench Thickness is "Instance", it has a "Yes/No" Type parameter, (always switched off.) plan view is "Unticked", it is attached to the "Top of Counter Top" reference plane as is the Sink, the part is shaped with rounded corners (As the Counter Cut Outs would be)
The sink is added into the Project just as normal, just place it onto your Counter Top in the position you want; At this point your counter Top will pass through you sink!
Now all you have to do is use the REVIT "Cut Geometry" sellect your Counter Top, then the Sink and "WHALLA", you now have your "Counter Top" with a Cut Out, this approach allows you to move the sink and the cut out moves with it, if you delete the sink the Bench is repaired, (No Hole). (If you Hide the Sink Your Bench Top should have a Hole in it)

This Light is Fully Parametric. It is not hosted. Change parameters, High of ceiling, Cable Length, Pendant Length and Pendant Radius. The part witch attaches to the Ceiling can all so be angled to match the slop of the ceiling. This is done by entering a number with inches over 12" (ex. for a 4/12 slope enter 4")
The light is made by Delray Lighting Inc.

This is a ceiling based artichoke pendant light, with metal inner supports for the 66 fins. The pendant Height is adjustable AND Materials may be assigned as a parametric instance from the properties panel, so you may have different lights at their own individual pendant heights, and also assign a material to each light in your Revit project.
Note: Use Revit 2021 or later for this .rfa.

Rolltop Desk – Modeled after two as they appear in the U.S. Senate Chambers
This model is FACE-BASED. The Desk has parametric finishes. The rolltop can be open or closed based on a parameter. There are some nested models including notepad, document stacks and books. There are a number of parameters assigned but they have not been tested.
