Here is a parametric nut detail item for you. I was surprised I couldn't find this in the imperial library, so I made one. You input the Rod Diameter and all the rest of the dimensions update. There is an optional masking region.

The dimensions are all based on the proportions of a nut for a 1-inch rod. The height of the nut is a little less than the diameter of the rod. I know actual nut dimensions don't scale perfectly from that, but this worked for my purposes. If you need precise dimensions, you could just edit the family to take out the equations and save your types that way.

This is a modified Revit K-Series Bar Joist that has parametric adjustable seat angles on each end. By default, the bar joist comes in as a standard bar joist with straight/flat seats; however, under the model properties for the bar joist, there are parameters to adjust the seat angles.

1) First, check the parameter called, "Show Angled Chord Legs at Seat".

2) Then adjust the Inner and Outer Heights of the Seat. There is a right side and a left side.

Modeled the University of Utah Football Field for a class project. Though I would share it in case anyone ever needs it. Revit 2021 Family - cannot be down saved.

This family is based off of a modular package and parcel delivery locker. I couldn't find a family for the amazon hub delivery lockers or a parcel pending delivery locker, so I made my onw. Pretty basic family, but it gets the job done to describe the scale and rough front elevation of the system. 

I modeled this after the indoor amazon hub delivery locker. Main base is 6' - 0" W x 1' - 10" D x 6' - 8" H. Additional 3' - 0" W modules are instance parameters for whatever configuration is desired. Materials are also parametric.

It's a modular system with adjustable skylight size with a set minimum 17.25" width and 99" max length for individual units.  The mullion, curb depth, curb height, frame height, and pyramid heights are all adjustable.  I have created another family for 2x2 units (4 skylights total) that is parametric also.

this is a fixed 40mm double casement window modeled off the Vantage profile, all elements are fully extruded right down to the neoprene seals.  This file is quite large but excellent for adding that extra detail to your peoject.  I think i've managed to iron out all the kinks.  This window is fully parametric.  One awning & one fixed pane - both panes have adjustable widths
