No longer do you have to add 4 individual break lines to a view to frame an enlarged plan, detail, etc. This four-sided break line does it all in one step. Parametric settings allow you to control the width of the "frame", height of the "frame", Jag width, jag depth, and masking depth. You can also turn off sides you don't need by using the E/W/N/S visibility setting. When you re-size the frame, the origin is top left corner so changes to size occur from that point.

Made with Looove, this bed and 2 bedside tables made in Revit 2015.

Parametric (length, width or use the predefined "Dimensions Types"

already predefined (European standards are a bit larger than the

Double, Queen, King sizes in the UK or USA but you can adjust this to

your liking). Also there is an offset for the base (150 mm at present -

but this is also adjustable) etc...

The blanket can be set to be visible or not (yes/no parameter).

Just add your own materials. What you see is what you get.

Simple Profile created for a sloping metal parapet cap.  This profile is meant to be hosted on a wall and works well with the wall sweep tool.  It is not parametric though I don't even know if profiles can be.  It hosts at about it's midpoint in height so that it partially goes down to cover the top of the wall and extends partially above.  It is about 4" high on the exterior face and slopes down 1" to the back side.

I wasn't satisfied with the BIM families from True's website so I created this fully parametric family has all of the T-Series refrigerators including solid door, glass door, and half door styles. All of these models can become freezer or dual temperature units by changing the model numbers in Identity Data.

The only model not included is the "T-23P" Pass-Thru unit because I didn't want to have to make a visibility instance for a void. Maybe I'll update it later. I also plan to add the sliding door units in the near future.
