This grill style rectangular ceiling vent is parametric so you can change the width and length. The grill will not always be square unless you calculate it to be. You put in how many squares per length, and then how many rows of squares per width. I saved a bunch of pre defined dimension types for you but you can also make your own. 

You can also change the materials, trim, bracing and depth of the grill. REVIT 2016

A simple parametric fixed window. What makes it different is that it is face based instead of wall based. I made it because I needed to put windows in the side of a pool which wasn't a wall family, it was a generic model. So if you have the same problem, here you go. 

you can change the height, width, window inset, and thickness and depth of the bracing.

All cans that I have created were in pairs - parametric - 2 can types per family.

Have since discovered that the REVIT CITY web site has limitations - as with these - can not have two image files in one parametric family - I will reformat all that I have and split all of them into individual cans - so eventually all will work.

Have tried contacting REVIT CITY - so I can remove all the can types here - see what happens.

Sorry they have not worked to date - IT WILL BE FIXED.

Model of the Fairfax chair by Kelly Wearstler.

Non parametric.  Materials can be set for the body pieces combined.  There are a couple minor incongruencies that I was unable to resolve dealing with the cutout in the lower portion of the chair.  Hopefully it doesn't cause any problems.

I made this for my wife who is and interior design student.  I hope it helps some others out there.

Based on the Emeco Aluminum Heritage Rocking Chair. Not parametric.  I got the 3D CAD block from Emeco website and just converted it to Revit.  With the linework tool, you can convert those random lines to invisible lines and it works great.

It's not perfect, but it works and and it looks pretty much like the real thing.

Recreation of the 200559 - 8in Diamond Mini Pendant from Meyda lighting.  Overall length (ceiling to bottom of pendant body) is parametric to adjust hanging height.  Set materials for the mica shade and metal frame.

A simple model of the glass fire case shown to hold a fire extinguisher or hose (not in the model). It's parametric, so you can change the width, height, and depth. It cuts from a wall. 

I suppose you could use this glass case for other purposes too.

Undermount sink.  Width, Front-to-Back, and Depth dimensions are parametric.Nested faucet family includes modeled vacuum breaker. Gooseneck outlet spread has four built-in types to control dimension.   Typical for the industry.

Sink "cuts" the countertop.  Match up thickness of cutting void with thickness of top.

Useful for quick presentations of "what the lab looks like".

This is a small galley style kitchen made up of several nested families.  Included are cabinets and countertops, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, range hood, sink, faucet, and seating.  Parametric materials.
