Need another Revit version? Sadly Revit doesn't support saving back to previous versions. I can, however, create an IFC which can be imported. This might break the information contained within. Rendering the model useless. I'm sorry for this.

Hi Guys, there you go. I had a veeery quiet (not to say boring!) weekend but extremelly productive. Managed to create this door family I had planned for a while.

It has an extensive list of parameters you can change but the file is not too big.

I uploaded the printscreen of the list of parameters as well but I don't know why it doesn't show. Apparently I can only upload one jpeg file.

1 bay Sun Shade Louvre with Parametic. Please let me know if the parametic failed. btw, I was just wandering why this rfa file get so big. I think the problem is at the parametic over the opening. in fact, I did try to change that parameter, it took me almost half an hour do get it done. Load into project too take a while. prehap the better is to specify material over the louvre panel (I did try one with metal with mesh!) & get away with the void openings! Haha.. Any Suggestions!

I found this door online and did a LOT of work on it.  You can change the size, frame, panel configuration (glass or solid), handle, and material.  You can also show the door closed or opened (any  angle) in 3D as well as in Plan View (3D angle and plan angle do NOT have to be the same and are instance based).  It's my first family and I am pretty pleased with it.

I had been paintful with the sash trim on doors and windows. now i made it done without any mistake so far (except i lazy to fix an extension of the trim inside the frame). you won't see it at all. go ahead to change the formula of its height will make it work. enjoy!

FYI: since i'm working on Revit 2013 now so i think the version of the file is 2013 too. yes, it is and sorry about that. :(
