Edit - Slight adjustment to paramaeters to make the end offsets evenly spaced with any middle supports. Also the kneel board is now cut at all supports when down.

This is a fully parametric fireplace mantle and firebox. Set flute depth to 0" to make flutes not visible.  I could not get the flutes to array properly, so when adjusting side piece width you will have to edit the family and copy/paste/delete the void extrusions to get the desired number.  Flute size is adjustable.  Remember to lock the extrusions to the sweep shape handle.

This is a fully Parametric Door family I have been working on it for awhile. It has the ability to be solid, half-glass, full glass, and a cased opening. You can control all of this by checking the on/off boxes in the type properties. It has the option for no tim, trim on one side or both sides. Door swing projection is also optional. Make sure that glass width and height have a value even if you are using the solid flush option otherwise family will not work. Enjoy!

This is a simple parametric turnbuckle, it has type parameters for the heights and an instance parameter for the height of the rod.  If you want to adjust the turnbuckle height, raise the offset distance above the level.  

You could add future parameters if you wanted to adjust the diameter sizes of the rods.
