Stair/Landing is completely parametric. Family is extremely large with a very high level of detail. Visibility parameters are in place for both Fine, Medium & Course levels of detail. Shape of Stair/Landing can be controlled via instance parameters: Landing Height, Landing and Width, Stair Width, and Tread Rise and Run. Materials are parametric as well. Highly recommend not flexing the family until it is loaded into your project. All nested families are shared and thus, this family is fully schedulable and produces accurate cut lists combining  structural column, framing and connections families. Revit 2016.

There are three options for look.  The formula works such that it will see if you selected "Equal Panels" First, if not it will see if you selected "Square Panel" (top area square), and if not it will use the value for panel height entered.  

The family will automatically adjust the louvers to the size of the opening.

This is a parametric tuscan column family, consisting of a pedestal, shaft, and capital.  It is based off of Palladio's First Book of Architecture, Chap. 14.

To change the size, go to Edit Type, and under Dimensions, enter the desired height in the "Height of System" field.  There are two preset material parameters, one for the column itself, and one for the pedestal.

This is a fully Parametric Double Door family I have been working on it for awhile. It has the ability to be solid, half-glass, and full glass. You can control all of this by checking the on/off boxes in the type properties. It has the option for no tim, trim on one side or both sides. Make sure that glass width and height have a value even if you are using the solid flush option otherwise family will not work.
