This is based on the BYU diving boards (so professional) but it's parametric. You can change the length and width, and which side you want the roller on.(or both sides) The distance to the fulcrum is an instace parameter for fun. It is face based so you can put it anywhere. 

Don't try to make the diving board skinnier than 1'5". It won't work. Anything bigger than that is fine.

This is a tower section which is 99% parametric.  You can adjust the column thickness, overall width and length.  The beams will adjust with the column dimensions.  This tower section is placed as a "column".

A couple things:

1) The crossmember thickness is not adjustable.  I don't know, i just had a hard time trying to set it up.  If anyone wants to take it and run with it, please do.

2) To make a tall tower you simply stack these columns, if you want to adjust the height of a section you can set its offset from the level its on, then you have to adjust the column height to match.  Simply changing the column height will NOT change the height of the section.

It's my first attempt at a parametric object.

Based on the generic Stainless Steel Pool Ladder I have created a version with parametric steps.

In elevations you can drag to increase the length of the ladder and number of steps to fit any depth of swimming pool.

You can also edit Properties to adjust the height between the steps, default is 9 inches.

Width of the ladder is fixed, so there's a challenge for anyone who wants to edit it and make a version with adjustable width.

This may be used as the basis for anyone wanting to create any number of parametric ladders, steps, etc.  If you do then please add your contribution to the community.

This family is for a wall and cuts an opening and trims the front inside side and back with stone sticking out 2" from the face of the wall. When typing in the arc radius, make the parametric dimension for the [Arc-Opeining plus 2"] 2" larger than the [Arc Radius]. Also, keep in mind the radius cannot be less than half of the width of the opening.

A window with a fully parametric brick arch.  This took quite a while to figure out, but I wanted to share it with anyone that wanted it.  The brick arch is fully parametric in that it will adapt to the width, height, or arch height of the window.  The number of bricks will also adapt depending on how wide/tall the window is.  The window itself can be adapted as needed.  Note.  This arch part of the window is made to be configured by the height of the arch, not by a radius.  I did this since I wanted to be able to specify a specific height for the arch to match brick coursing.   And of course feel free to change the window to an opening/door/whatever.  Just make sure you keep the main parameters.
