Didn't see anything on here quite like what we were getting for our new office, so I thought I'd make one and give back after getting so much advice and downloads off here. Tried to make it fairly flexible so it could be used for more than just 1 particular situaion. Therefore, it's a pretty basic parameterized single shelf hutch for stacking over an office desk. Any suggestions for improvement are welcome. Thanks! |

Afternoon Peeps.
Its been a few weeks since my last upload so i thought i'd treat you all.
For you today is a nice simple, but yet modern desk chair fit for either residential office or commercial office.
Fixed in size but i'e given the chair 4 material parameters. The main seat, the back support, the frame and the arm rests. So you can change them to suit your needs.

This cubicle family is flly parametric and sports options to include glass panels on the top of the wall. There is a dyncamic shelf that will resize the vertical dimension based on overall height and hide if the overall height is to shallow. The shelf has task lghting included with it. There also is two nested under desk file cabinets. All materials and dimensions are parametric. Family is RAC 2012. |

Office phone booth, measuring 41.5"W x 43.3"W x 88.8"H for use for acoustic quality and privacy in office settings.
Dimensions are not parameter controlled and are based on the ROOM brand phone booth.
Parameters control materials (the light and dark color options are included as family types), visibility of door swing in plan, and visibility of a stool I included for reference.
This model is one I created for personal use, and is not created by the ROOM company.

Nice contemporary office desk modelled quickly for a client based on the link below.
I've not had time to add dimensional parameters to it but i have materials, so you can change the outer and inner materials to suit your needs.

Another office chair creted for a job I recently did.
All materials are modifiable to how you like.
Walnut back, White leather seat and chrome legs/support with plastic casters is what i used for this.
