Here for you is this wonderful copper style light pendant.
This family is face based so please, if you wish to fix it to the ceiling make sure your in the ceiling view layout!!
Most of my stuf is face based and people keep saying, it wont host to the ceiling.... load it in the ceiling layout and it will. Rant over.
Ceiling drop is instant parameter, along with materials, 4 in total. Main wire, ceiling rose, bulb, and bulb encasement.

Concrete planter for site. Planter family has parameter options for planter width, planter depth, planter height, planter wall thickess, as well as parameter-based chamferred edges, and a parameter-based beveled reveal that can be adjusted in height.
Planter material and soil material are also both controlled with parameters. Soil can be offset from the top of planter.
Does NOT include plants-- you have to add as needed.

Parametric 3/4"Ø A325 Heavy Hex Bolt. Grip is an instance paramter. Based on grip, formulas determine bolt length and weight (shared parameters) which allow for scheduling and more importantly, bolt list with bolt lengths. Parametric void to cut hosted framing. A Pretty Simple Wall Based Family to place a Mantel (No Fireplace Surround) on a wall above a fireplace. Family has basic parameters for materials, width and depth of mantle piece. The design is just a quick simple Sketched Profile based on an existing job I was trying to match, but you can obviously change it to whatever profile you like...If you change the profile be sure to check and realign/lock the extruded top piece to the back of the profile to maintain a solid top. Hope that helps someone...there was really nothing here before. Also, sorry this is in 2014...I don't have an older version available on this computer. |

This updated version includes additional control parameters. Also family can be easily converted into a "Fake elevation marker".
This is a modified fake section marker provided by www.Revitopia.com. As a 2 click operation, it utilizes line based detail component and embedded annotation objects. There are 3 primary parameters; Sheet(where you put the sheet number), Detail(where you put the detail number), and Head angle(to rotate the bubble). This was a solution to the use of AutoCAD Details being on a Revit project and to avoid creating “fake” detail views for placing on sheets. |
