Based on the Rejuvenation Fixture Jefferson, this is a ceiling based light fixture in the style of a traditional schoolhouse light.  I have heard that it might be better to not be ceiling hosted so that if the ceiling changes, the fixture will remain.....

I have not adjusted the photometrics so don't rely on those.

This Light is Fully Parametric. It is not hosted.  The part witch attaches to the Ceiling can all so be angled to match the slop of the ceiling. This is done by entering a number with inches over 12" (ex. for a 4/12 slope enter 4")

This is a door hinge which is a face based model.  When placed on the reveal of a door frame it allows another faced based model of a door panel (use the door's hinge edge as the face) to be placed on it. Large chandellier light family based on the Sonneman brand 'Constellation Hedron' light fixture.

Based on the Sonneman spec, the geodesic dome form measures 45" in diameter with 40 LED bulbs.  

Modeled as a Generic Family.  Not face-based or ceiling hosted-- you'll need to set the elevation within your model.

The model DOES include lighting which will illuminate space in rendering programs.  The lighting does not utilize the actual IES files-- and is an estimated look using generic Revit lighting fixtures in the estimated locations of the light fixture lighting.

The handing distance is unfortunately not parametric at this time-- I haven't had time to adjust this value.  Feel free to make your own updates and share.

This is a modified fake section marker provided by www.Revitopia.com. As a 2 click operation, it utilizes line based detail component and embedded annotation objects. There are 3 primary parameters; Sheet(where you put the sheet number), Detail(where you put the detail number), and Head angle(to rotate the bubble). This was a solution to the use of AutoCAD Details being on a Revit project and to avoid creating “fake” detail views for placing on sheets.

Morning guys and girls.

Quick coffee table modelled this morning for a project i'm working on for a domestic client.

Theres 2 material parameters, Wood and Glass.

The Length and width of the table is also parameter based too. The wood width is parameter based as well, so adjusing the wood width will change 3 aspects of the table, the Legs, the top and the middle piece of the table too so they are all the same width.
