A concrete lamp/utility post (pole). Length above and below ground can be configured, as well as upper and lower diameter. There's several types built-in, based on catalog by Productos de Concreto (PC). 

The post has seams on the sides, so that you can place face-based components on it. 

This particular family was not modelled hollow on the inside, if you calculate the weight of the post, it'll probably be off.

This is based on the BYU diving boards (so professional) but it's parametric. You can change the length and width, and which side you want the roller on.(or both sides) The distance to the fulcrum is an instace parameter for fun. It is face based so you can put it anywhere. 

Don't try to make the diving board skinnier than 1'5". It won't work. Anything bigger than that is fine.

Generic face-based model of the Minka Aire brand Pancake 52" ceiling fan.  Model number F738-WHF

The family has a parameter to control fan material.  Also a parameter to control offset from ceiling (hanging depth).

The fan is face based, and not ceiling based, as we often model our floors to have our finish ceiling layers, and wanted to be able to attach our fan to the bottom of the floor above if/as needed.

This is a fake section marker provided by www.Revitopia.com. As a 2 click operation, it utilizes line based detail component and embedded annotation objects. There are 3 primary parameters; Sheet(where you put the sheet number), Detail(where you put the detail number), and Head angle(to rotate the bubble). This was a solution to the use of AutoCAD Details being on a Revit project and to avoid creating “fake” detail views for placing on sheets.

Revit 2015 - This is a metric line based kitchen cupboard as a generic model. Reason being, you can join the different segments. If it were casework, the segments can't be joined. It is a quick and easy way to draft in a basic kitchen bench system which will look adequate in sections and floor plans. It is flexible, so it should easily be converted to imperial units if needed. Hope this helps expedite your benchtop cupboard creation. Let me know if you can improve or have improvement ideas. This is the FIXED version of the family which was missing a vital parameter to allow the height to flex. Please ignore prior version. I couldn't see an option to replace the original upload.
