There are several family types within the family for the various screen sizes (the ratios should stay the same so the images you use should all be the same length and width just different sizes of each).

Family sizes include: 32", 37", 42", 47", 52", 55", 60", 65", 72"

(This has always been a peeve of mine seeing the same family 10 times with each being a different size...just make different family types!)

I wanted something less-blocky for walk-throughs with clients, and have found this is pretty useful.  Based off of Stanford model I purchased in 2018.

This family is based off of the Plastico Pyramid Skylights that are for larger opening spans.  This is similar to my other family, but this one will only have 4 skylights. It's a modular system with adjustable skylight size with a set minimum 17.25" width and 99" max length for individual units.  The mullion, curb depth, curb height, frame height, and pyramid heights are all adjustable. (Updated adjustment problem.  (length and width adjustments work fully now.  Now no way to adjust number of skylights)

Floor based custom coffee table built out of various sizes of PVC pipe.  I built this in real life years ago and finally built a revit family for it.  Height, as well as table top thickness and radius are parametric.  Both top and base have material parameters.  "pipe base" sizing not parametric since it is quite complicated.  If looking to make table much wider, I'd suggest editing family and scaling each "pipe" set to your desired size.  Enjoy!

Based on the generic Stainless Steel Pool Ladder I have created a version with parametric steps.

In elevations you can drag to increase the length of the ladder and number of steps to fit any depth of swimming pool.

You can also edit Properties to adjust the height between the steps, default is 9 inches.

Width of the ladder is fixed, so there's a challenge for anyone who wants to edit it and make a version with adjustable width.

This may be used as the basis for anyone wanting to create any number of parametric ladders, steps, etc.  If you do then please add your contribution to the community.
