This model is a face based model for the vertical plate.

Both plates are in a diamond shape and there is a cable between them.

There are 2 parameters - one adjust how far from the wall the bottom / horizontal plate is; the other adjusts how far below the vertical plate the bottom plate is.

Afternoon ladies and Gents

Heres my latest model, a nice looking Electric Guitar.

I'm no musician so excuse the naming of some of the materials, but i've tried my best. I created this by loading in a Guitar outline and drawing extrusion lines around it and scaled up to the best i could. Dont think this is far off in terms of size.

I used this for a render of a room whos owner has a collection on the wall.

Simply create your own wall hangers and place it to suit.

This is a generic based model for freedom of position.

I couldn't find a half decent pottery wheel, so I built this based on the Pacifica GT800 Pottery Wheel.  It has parameters for all materials, as well as visibility parameters for the seat (and its supports) and the pedal (and cord).  It also has parameters to allow for 3 different cord configurations, for some variability in renderings (see image).  Hope it is useful to my fellow Revit Nation people!

This is a parametric railing made out of metal piping, although you can change the material. You can choose whether the middle railing exists. You can change the length, height, diameter of piping, distance from the end supports to the middle supports, and how many middle supports to get it just how you like. It is face based so you can put it anywhere

This is a supper family with 12 different panels (leaf) and 9 different Frames (Jambs)... Both Panels can be changed. Major Leaf will adjust the Minor based on the total width of the door... Kick plates may be made visible as well as hardware (ironmongery)... More than 500 Combinations...

This face based bench seasting is parametric- you can get it just how you want. Change the distance between supports, how many supports, and the amount of overhang on the ends of the bleachers to get the right length. 

Materials are also parametric, so I suppose it doesn't have to be wooden. I also provided "desired length" and "# of supports calc" parameters that don't do anything but help you calculate. This bench changes length but not depth.

This is a wall based oven tower with one extra large oven on the bottom, 2 smaller ones in the middle and shelves on the top, there are 2cversions closed and with the bottom open, the drawer on the bottom is part way open in both. the third file is the open tower with an added light built in as the Heating Coil thing you may have to play with the w/lm in the properties for rendering to look right it is a modern design (the top handles were done like they are intentionally)

This is a parametric tuscan column family, consisting of a pedestal, shaft, and capital.  It is based off of Palladio's First Book of Architecture, Chap. 14.
