This is a Home Styles kitchen center island.  Alas, not much about it is adjustable as an instance, though you can certainly edit the family if you want to change something.  I modeled everything from the assembly drawings provided by Home Styles.  The instance properties URL takes you to the web page describing the cart.  I recorded the standard price in the instance properties, though that is subject to change, of course.

I've been doing a bunch of coffee house designs for a franchise and I came up with this very simple family to quickly make all the equipment I needed with modeling anything. You can supply Manufacturer, Model, Amps, Voltage, Width, Depth and comments.

Duplicate and specify the information for each piece of equipment and place where you need it. Can schedule and everything!

Also has a Kitchen Equipment Object Style set up so you can easily turn them off if needed.
