-Muntins are not completely parametric

-Offset Center of Wall parameter will not work with negative values :(

It's adjustable for distance off wall, height, width, extension above top rung, and bracket spacing.  If you make it too short, you neeed to make the bracket spacing smaller as well, or it won't work.
