Face Based Model howver the Ref. Level is at the bottom of the fixture so the bottom of the fixture will be at the floor/ref level of your model. Heights are changed with the  instance paramters for the "bottom of fixture" and "the pendant drop."

This casework family is over the top!  There are the usual casework dimensions, but in addition, there are instance parameters to open the doors, pull out the top drawer, and slide out the two shelves hidden behind the doors, all individually controlled.  There are dedicated materials assigned by casework subcategories.  The model is replete with pots and pans sitting on the sliding shelves.  There are ten predefined widths.  At the narrower sizes, you'll see the pots and pans sticking out through the cabinet sides, so if you want, for instance, a 21" unit, you'll have to edit the family to remove or reposition them.  The unit is modelled on the American Woodmark line of cabinets.  The properties URL will take you to the American Woodmark web site.  This is a complex model.  I have tested it thoroughly, but if there are any difficulties, please leave a note for me.

I have updated this model.  It has more subtle engraving on the doors, curved handles, and the doors open more reliably.  Open them in angular increments of something less than 90°.  For example, if you want them opened to 90°, do it in two operations with the first angle 70° and the next 20°.  Close them the same way.

Unlike most of my uploads, this is NOT parametric. I made this so that I could build it, with no intention of using it in a revit model. Feel free to use/change the model.

Family (.rfa) for Revit 2014 only. Sorry, it is not possible to save it back to earlier versions.

For older versions of revit, download the .IFC. Just open it like a project in Revit, then copy the object into your project file.
