This is a door hinge which is a face based model.  When placed on the reveal of a door frame it allows another faced based model of a door panel (use the door's hinge edge as the face) to be placed on it. The family type variable opening angle can then be employed to open the door. This can also be used for opening windows.

This is a model of a backyard barbeque, highly parametric, you can open and close the hood, and change many of the finishes.  I will also upload the steak model I made to show the grill in action.  I will be also loading the rangetop and articulated light for the barbeque as well.  

The barbeque has a void attachech so you can drop it on an existing counter and it will cut out the space around it.  Its one of my first attempts at building a parametric family.

A presentation cabinet for conference rooms.  This model is based on the Peter Pepper Products CC-4848 product.

The Presentation Cabinet contains two doors which open to reveal a whiteboard inside as well as a pull down screen and fabric panels on the inside of the doors to pin up papers. 

I did flex the family so you should have no problems with creating a custom size.  All materials are set, but you may change them if desired.

I searched long and hard for a model of this product (which is used quite often) but couldn't find one anywhere, so I created one.

I wasn't satisfied with the BIM families from True's website so I created this fully parametric family has all of the T-Series refrigerators including solid door, glass door, and half door styles. All of these models can become freezer or dual temperature units by changing the model numbers in Identity Data.

The only model not included is the "T-23P" Pass-Thru unit because I didn't want to have to make a visibility instance for a void. Maybe I'll update it later. I also plan to add the sliding door units in the near future.

This is for anyone looking for a more realistic tiled roof. Array horizontal model lines up the face of your roof at a spacing of 18", select peak_valley, gable, valley_valley, etc depending on what type of face it is, and place the line-based generic model family by line-selection. Height of tile is adjustable (good for fitting in last row). Made for a 5/12 slope, but will probably work with others. Renders beautifully.

This casework family is a model of American Woodmark's two doors, two drawers, four roll out trays base cabinet.
