A quick model of the Butterfly MX 11.6" screen recessed entry panel for entry access for apartment buildings.
This family is wall hosted, but you can also open the hosted panel family to insert into a different family type if desired.
Materials are parameter controlled, dimensions are not. I included a parameter for wall assembly depth in case you need to offset the box for any specific additional depth at unique conditions.

I wanted something less-blocky for walk-throughs with clients, and have found this is pretty useful. Based off of Stanford model I purchased in 2018.
Note: If you simply make a smaller type with appropriate dimensions, it's a nice matching chair for your living room set.

Face-based family for rock climbing hold. The family has (5) types of holds built in. Each type has parameter-based material overrides. You can place these on a wall (use space to rotate the family while placing) to quickly create the feeling of a climbing wall.
Please note, these shapes are not based on any real climbing hold sizes or forms-- just to get the general idea across quickly in your model if needed.

Ikea Living room set containing two coffee tables (square and rectangular) as well as an end table. Types set up for each as well as instance parameters set up for the material. The type parameters are set to where if you'd like a different size table you can easily do so with the type parameters.
There are two material types since the way the model was made the grain ran the opposite way it should so for those pieces I created a new material, basically the same as the original only rotated 90 degrees so if you do decide to use a different material know that you'll have to make the same material again only rotated 90 degrees.

The bucket bracket is to be used at the ends of a wood beam. Two downloads are available, one with the stand-alone connector, and one with it attached to the ends of a glulam beam. The glulam beam with integrated bucket bracket is easier to use, but if you wish to use different parameter settings for each side, or want to use the bracket on a different beam family, use the standalone bracket family file. All parameters are shared, so they can be used in schedules. The detail of the model has to be medium for the plates to appear, and fine for the bolts to appear.

A standard size pool table (8' standard size = 44"w x 88"l playing surface).
The materials can be controlled by parameters. Visibility of the pool cue and balls can be controlled by parameters as well. A 3'-6" play area clearance is built in as well, and can also be controlled for visibility.
The model is not currently set for the table size to be parameter controlled, and if you adjust the size it'll get wonky.
BUT! If you're looking for that standard size pool table, this could be the one for you. I'll try to upload a better version later with adjustable size parameters when I get the chance to update this one.
